Looks great and works great and easy to install. I installed the hand held shower less than a year ago and the hose broke off at the shower head. I wasn't about to order from the original manufacturer which had already failed me, so I ordered this item. The cost was much less and the product seems stronger than the original. It shipped from China, but most of the others are manufactured there anyway. I suppose it was cheaper because I cut out the middle man.

The brass hose on my Delta showerhead became damaged. Delta wanted almost as much for the replacement hose as I paid for the entire shower head. I found this and guess what: this is a much better hose. That Delta hose was always stiff and difficult to use when hand-held. Not so this one: flexible. Just feels more substantial. Not that cheap plastic feel on the OEM. Glad I found this.

It is a sturdy, quality hose, but I was disappointed in the finish. I was hoping for a more matte gold to match my other fixtures, but this is quite bright and shiny. However, I realize the color options for replacement hoses are limited and this was as close as I could find.

Looks nice but measures 57 inches (not 59) and, more importantly, does not have a swivel adapter as stated in the description, and the swivel adapter was the main reason I ordered it. Returned.

This was a perfect replacement for our old, cracked, leaking hose. I don't know if I needed to, but I used Teflon tape at both ends and only made the connections hand tight. No leaks! As good, if not better, than the original hose.

This was purchased to replace the plastic hose that was included with my hand held shower head. The length is perfect, it doesn't leak and I couldn't be happier with the flexibility. This is attached to a polished brass diverter valve and head, but still blends in very nicely. The gold color of the hose is not a problem. The only trouble I had was connecting the hose to the hand held head. It kept wanting to cross-thread and it took considerable time and patience to finally get it started right.
