I was concerned that this is going to be a manually adjustable mirror but that's not the case. If you use the button from inside the car it adjust automatically. It is very easy to put on if you're mechanically inclined. It was a lot cheaper than getting an original part. I will use the same vendor when I need one for the driver's side. Thank you for making this part of available on Amazon.I really appreciate it!
