I was a little on the edge considering it’s so cheap but it looks and fits great. Easy install, took about 15 minutes. The pry tool that comes with it helped quite a bit. Didn’t have to take the mirror off and didn’t break my OEM mirror caps. 100% recommend if you’re going for a glossy carbon fibre look.

These fit perfectly and look great on my X3 M40i. I did not remove the mirror. I just tilted it down and had someone shine a light inside so I could see the two tabs. I put a little painter's tape on the mirror so I wouldn't scratch it. I used a small flat head screw driver to move the tabs. I also used a trim tool to work it out once I got it loosened. Just be patient and you won't break anything. It takes about five minutes.

Looks good, took 10-15 min to replace both sides. No need to take mirror glass off. Just point it down and you will be able to stick included tool in to remove original cover. Check on new cover where exactly to push with the tool.

Snuggy fit but in the process of replacing you have to take your mirrors off so if you don’t have the right equipment make sure you get a spare mirror set which I also got from Amazon for 24.99 because mine shattered😠but if you can take the mirrors off without breaking, the swap is super easy to do yourself
