The product is solid and complete but given this is a customer ( as opposed to a professional auto body technician ) it could have had more documentation and a troubleshooting FAQ sheet. It was useable and functional but I think it took too long to install

It arrived on time and i didnt waste any time installing it to fix my trunk, it was super easy to install and worked perfectly on my 2016 camry

I had a 2012 Toyota Camry that the truck latch failed to lock the trunk. Internally a spring broke that allowed the latch to reset after releasing it. This is a perfect replacement part and literally took 15 minutes to replace.

This was broken. Went to dealer to check on price which costs C$450, parts only. Bought this and replace myself. It was easy. I saved over $400. The best part is that it fit perfectly on my 2016 Camry. So far so good.
