Works great. Fits like OEM. Installed a couple months ago and still works great. Installation isn't as hard as the you tube video made it look. You don't have to completely remove the window or the regulator. Take your time and it will go smoothly.

It fitted right on my 2008 Silverado 1500. No issues at all, everything works as supposed. I have been using it for a few months and its holding, Ill update any news. Overall great product, great price.

This was the correct fit. Some internal parts including latch are plastic. So far working great!! Had a passenger door open indicator. This prevented the car from arming. Troubleshot and determined that the door latch was the problem.

This latch was defective out of the box for me. It doesn’t catch after the first attempt, despite sounding like a good door close. The door remains slightly ajar and requires a second pull to close properly. At this point, the car will recognize that the door is actually closed, which was the original problem I was trying to solve in buying this part. This problem of needing two tries to close the door was not a one time or even an occasional problem unfortunately, it was every single time without exception. This is unacceptable quality, it is going back. For the amount of time it takes to make this repair, I wouldn’t risk making this purchase, try another brand.

Driver's warning on the panel gave a door warning. I tried lubing the hinges and latches on the door, but that did not cure the problem. Went to YouTube for research and decided to replace the part. While it is not a simple project, it is very doable for someone who has the tools and can follow directions. Several good videos for your specific Make, Model and Style vehicle, making sure you order for the correct door. As is often the case with this type of repair Details are very important.Save yourself $200-$300 by doing this yourself, and take your significant other out to a nice dinner to celebrate your efforts!
