It is much beefier than it appears. Works great. Perfect size for most filters and very easy to mark drill and install with bolts. I had too look through many before deciding to try this one. Very happy

Strong bracket but no screw were included. I'm not sure this is the fault of the bracket but neither the bracket, neither the filter housing had screw. Good to know !!!It can be dangerous (to damage housing) to use too long screws with screwing into the housing holes (plastic).

This product is exactly as advertised. After comparing price with a local plumbing supply, this was less than half the price. The description is spot on, and the specification picture showing the size and bolt hole spacing was great! Only thing missing was hardware to connect to the filter housing, but a quick trip to the hardware store fixed that. I guess with all the different filter housings, no one hardware set could satisfy them all. People who complain about the sturdiness and poor product description are mistaken.

Kinda flimsy, with my plastic plumbing piping, big blue filter housings, moves alot when unscrewing the filter sump.. to install a new filter. I'm not impressed. Made out of painted steel.
