These are good enough for me, I am close to the ocean air so metal was just not a option. Holding up great so far, only downside is since it's all plastic body the lid is so light that facing strong winds will lift up the lid (again this can be solved with a little ingenuity)

Pretty large sturdy box. Lots of room on its faces for nameplates, stickers, etc decor.Rain doesn’t get in, but when you lift the lid some water may drip back.Serves its purpose well.

I purchased this mailbox to replace and old rusty metal mailbox. This plastic mailbox looks so much better and works so much better.The depth of the mailbox is about twice as deep as my previous mailbox, will hold roughly double. This product says small capacity but it is very large, larger than anything my neighbors have.The installation was super easy, within about 5 minutes I had it mounted. I made sure when I ordered it that the screw width was the same as my old mailbox so I wouldn't need to drill new holes. All I needed to do was remove the 2 screws off my wall, then insert them into the 2 holes inside the mailbox pointing toward the wall.I got the mailbox about 2 weeks ago for only $31, which was a steal of a deal. I see the price is higher in the $70 range now but even at that it is worth it.Very happy with this new mailbox. Wish I had replaced my old rusty mailbox sooner. Looks very sharp also.

Nice looking, roomy, good price and will not rust! What more can I say? :) Does not come with the screws to attach, in case you don't have any.

A durable and attractive alternative to much more expensive metal versions of this style of mailbox. My only criticism is that there are not enough mounting options provided. It required some creativity to mount it where it needed to go.

This mailbox is plastic and light which I really liked. It's a nice simple design and overall is a nice mailbox.....until you open and close it. When you open the mailbox the hinges are okay but when you close it the hinges feel like they are going to snap and break. It's make a loud cracking noise and then will close. This must be some kind of manufacturer defect because the hinges are not smooth at all. I saw another review about the same issue. I wish I would've seen that before I bought it. I ended putting it right back in the box and returned it immediately. It's too bad because it's otherwise a nice mailbox.
