One of the great things about this product is the various angles you can target. You have more flexibility to move in various degrees to target those smaller muscle groups. The only issue I ran into was I thought the regular iron plates I purchased through Walmart would work with this product. However, that is not the case.

I’ve got a somewhat wide hand, so this doesn’t wrap quite the way you see in training videos. Still works well though and quite happy with it.
