Tennis Elbow Pain Relief —— Progressive Resistance Training
Step 1
Hold the bottom of the torque bar with the hand on the affected side, palm facing towards yourself.
Step 2
With your healthy hand, grasp the top of the torque bar, back of the hand facing you, and rotate towards your fingers.
Step 3
At the same time, extend both arms straight forward.
Step 4
Hold your healthy arm still and twist the torque bar in the direction of the affected hand's fingers until it resets.

I purchased this product in lieu of a more expensive “name brand†after trying out a physical therapist friend of mine’s resistance bar. This was priced better and I love the detailed instructions it came with. The quality also seems excellent. Although I do not suffer from tennis or golf elbow, I preemptively bought this exercise tool as I play a lot of pickleball and want to keep the musculature in my arms and hands strong and my joints safe. I use this product almost daily for best results and it only takes a few minutes a day to get through all the exercises. I purchased the strongest resistance, however, I purchased another for a friend of mine in a softer resistance who suffers from occasional tendonitis, particularly in his hand and wrist. The exercises we can do with this resistance bar helps strengthen our arms from our elbows all the way down through our hands. I’ve even noticed an increase in grip and hand strength. This is a must have for athletes using a lot of hand dexterity or those who play any racquet sports. This product comes HIGHLY recommended!!

I purchased this to enhance my physical therapy for a fractured right arm. They game a quick as promised and are a very good quality. I am at the tail end of the physical therapy but will continue to use them. Given the size it is so simply to do a few (or many) sets while just sitting around or watching T.V. etc.

I use these for tennis elbow. Have started to help. There are others on Amazon for more but these do the trick and about 10 less than others. I have the 3 pack and you can tell a difference of resistance between all 3. They have a couple links to videos to help train you but you will find even more on YouTube. Have been using for about 30 days and so far so good.

For this household the set of four resistance bars was the right choice. The range of resistance covered the requirements noted by our physical therapist. The bars are sturdy, as was the box they were shipped in. The purchase arrived in record time, a mere 38 hours from placing the order to its receipt! The bars for normal use appear to be virtually indestructible.

Habe sie heute erhalten und ausprobiert. Machen einen super Eindruck Erfüllen ihren Zweck. Absolut krank, dass andere Händler für ein einziges Teil davon teilweise 30 bis 50€ verlangen. Hier gibt es gleich 4 für 25. Sieht man mal, wie Abzocke anderswo betrieben wird - und sicher ist hier immer noch mehr als genug Gewinn bei für den Händler.
