Item promised in 1 day. Arrived 3 days later. Fault of vendor, not carrier. There are four screws holding lens plate to base. One of the four holes in the base was too large for the screw to grab. The vendor intentionally concealed the defect by repurposing one of the two decorative nuts intended to hold the base to the electrical box, and instead used the decorative nut to hold the fourth screw to the housing. Making it appear that all 4 screws were properly secured. (the fourth screw should have seated on the housing, like the other three screws).As the base must be secured to the electrical box prior to attaching the lens plate, the entire fixture is unusable. Defects can happen. Deliberate attempts to conceal them by a vendor are unacceptable.
