Well let's just say I am not the smartest guy. I took a stock 9" diaphragm booster out of a 71 Toyota Landcruiser when I went to 4wheel disc brakes. I put in a street rod 7" diaphragm booster with a larger diameter bore master cylinder. Well it stopped, just not well. I took a lot of leg strength, not ideal with 35" offroad tires. I bought this 8" duel diaphragm booster. It still had plenty of room from my LS1 headers. Wow, what a difference. It's not touchy, and yet it makes a huge difference in stopping. I do not feel like it might not stop in time like it did before. Stock was a single 9" and due to clearance I went smaller, now the 8" x 2 is great.

I used this 8" dual diaphragm break booster on my 1936 Plymouth coupe. Received it with in days of ordering it. Inexpensive, but worked like a charm. Replaced the 7" Brake booster. Made all the difference in the world. Very happy with my purchase, would recommend.

Installed in 80 Camaro that is using electric vacuum pump due to large cam. Works pretty good, not the best stopping power but better than 7 inch single diaphragm
