I have a 1990 bmw 325i. I bought new wheels and lowering springs. The rear wheels rubbed on the fenders ever so slightly so I bought this fender roller on the advice of a YouTuber. The assembly did not take more than 15 minutes if I recall. Instructions weren't super detailed, but it made enough sense. The roller only had 2 lugs that would fit my 4x100 lug pattern, but it was tight enough to stabilize the roller. I can't imagine ever needing to use it again, so the price and effectiveness matched my needs.

Overall quality is not super high, but it's sufficient and the hard rubber roller held up very well. I had to take it apart a couple times and bend the cradle back into shape once. I think it will survive 2 or 3 cars, but would need some mods to make it last much longer - maybe some needle bearings on either side of the roller wheel. For a tool like this that I only needed once, I would rather pay less and put up with it's limitations, hence the 5 star rating.I used it to fold the inner lip on the fender.. to do that I knew it was going to pop the paint, but I'm getting ready to paint the car. I did not really widen the fenders much. I found that setting the roller wheel to 45 degrees and then going back and setting it at 90 worked. It did take some patience and some muscling to do what I wanted to do. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product for the cost.

Worth the money, I was on the fence about this or the Eastwood I decided on this to save some money as it's a tool I won't use very often. It worked great on my 98 Firebird everything lined up and worked good, one thing I recommend is to lube all the threads before use it made it much smoother afterwards. If you are needing one of these tools for 1 or 2 jobs and just a average car hobbyist I recommend it if I was a body shop doing multiple cars for income I may go Eastwood.

Was able to roll my fenders with good results. Washers provided for the depth adjustment lock are too thick and/or poorly suited for the job. The threads for the locking nut aren't long enough for both washers and locking nut to get a bite. The locking nut will eventually unthread itself when your pulling for more tension on the fender. The washer for the locking nut should be replaced for a thrust bearing. I'll probably pick up a bearing from McMaster for a couple bucks if I use the roller again.

I bought this tool for a job for our Shop. Looks decent. Instructions are pretty bad and don't explain properly how to assemble it properly. But we managed to put it together since we had a similar tool before. Never was able to actually use this tool to roll the wheel well on a 2019 Ford Mustang that we had put a quarter panel on because the elongated bolt holes are too narrow to fit onto the Wheel studs of the vehicle. So we are returning it.

Bought this to roll fenders on a 2000 honda civic. Worked just fine, just take you time and roll the fenders little by little. Also helps if you have a heat gun to heat up the fenders.

If you have a welder I would purchase, the main nut on the threaded rod falls off even with red loctite, I had to weld the nut on. The roller wheel contacts the metal bracket it’s attached to. I had to shim it with washers and use different hardware. The body also hit my brake caliper even with a 15mm spacer so I had to grind 1/4†off the tool to clear.

The tool works great, it fits on my 2014 Mitsubishi lancer. but the instructions are a little simple and I had to use a video to put it together properly. But the tool did what I needed done.
