Pros: Appears to be good quality for a fair price! In transparency, I only used the Fire Burn Pot and the Hot Rod Ignitor. The pricing for the bundle seemed like a good deal and the fan and auger motor are nice to have on hand for future use. Also, the kit was available for overnight delivery and I wanted a quick turnaround.Cons: The Fire Burn Pot was close, but not an exact fit for my Traeger Century 22 grill. This grill model has a heat sink attached to the bottom of the burn pot. It wasn't difficult to drill a hole in the center of the burn pot and use the heat sink and nut/screw from the old burn pot as they were in good shape. The harder part was that the clearance where the auger attaches to the burn pot was a bit too small at the bottom and lower edges so it didn't fit. I had to take a Dremel tool and create several millimeters of additional clearance in the burn pot opening. While it doesn't sound difficult, it took longer than expected with a lot of trial and error to get right.I would likely buy this again if needed, but might have looked for an exact replacement had I realized how much time it would take modifying the burn pot to fit. For fairness, I suspect my pellet grill has a different configuration than most with a warming drawer directly underneath the burn pot that needs a heat sink to keep the drawer from getting extremely hot.

I installed this kit with a little extra effort because the auger motor snap on connector was not the same as the original, so I just spliced in the original connector to the new motor wires. Another thing my pellet smoker is a Traeger from Costco they are slightly different so when it came to the fire pot, my original had a heat sink screwed into the bottom of the pot, so I just drilled a hole in the new pot and screwed in the heat sink, no problem five minutes. This kit is a great purchase, parts from Treager would of cost over 200$. If you took the Trager apart yourself, splicing and drilling a hole is nothing. The smoker has been working for over a month no problems.

Easy to install and things all fit relatively well in my PB 800 series. Tried first time to start after full assembled and the auger motor turns VERY slow. So slow, I went through three start up cycles and have yet to see a single pellet dumped into the firebox. The heat rod glows red hot, circulation fans works great, but the bad auger motor makes the smoker completely useless. Since most of the operation works on a "times" interval, if the auger doesn't turn at the desired speed, nothing will work and likely won't maintain temp even if could get it started. Tried customer support and the link from Amazon doesn't work. Have no way to reach them other than this. VERY frustrating as it's a "kit" and all is installed so returning isn't an option (don't want to tear it all apart). I should have read the reviews more carefully as there are many with some kind of issue with the auger motor. Will wait to see if someone from the seller replies, otherwise, I can not recommend purchasing this item.

My original auger motor broke and this kit was an easy bolt on with zero issue. All I needed was the motor, so I kept the rest for spare spare parts when needed.

Fit was accurate to original, electrical connectors were plug and play. Mine came with a non functioning auger motor. I contacted the seller to notify and got a return of $0.01 which I’m not confident reflected the value of the deficient component the kit was shipped with, however.
