I initially received 4 white dishes without the colored rims, but the seller quickly resent the correct ones. This is one of the best responses I have ever received from a seller. Not only did they acknowledge the mistake but the replacements arrived so quickly. Really excellent customer service. And I could not be more pleased with these dishes. I often bake quiches and freeze them, but my existing pie plates made too much for two people, and I didn’t want to refreeze the other half. These individual dishes, while not only pretty, now lets me bake several, and just defrost two at a time. I’m sure I will be ordering more and trying my hand at pies as well. I made 8 individual Quiche Lorraine yesterday, 2 for night and 6 for the freezer and these dishes worked perfectly.

My daughter-in-law wanted these to make potpies in and she was thrilled with them. She loves the colors, shape, & size. Very good set for what she wanted.

Bought for personalized Pot Pies but would work well for individual crumbles or cobblers. (Just add a scoop of ice cream before serving). They hold up to cooking and make cute serving dishes for individual pies and tarts.Only gripe and reason for a star reduction was one of the dishes had a glazing blemish that resulted in a raised bump. (Still work fine just a cosmetic defect.)Not that it matters but the teal on is my favorite, followed by red, then blue, and finally yellow. (Unfortunately it's the red one that has the blemish on the bottom)

Look how beautifully packaged these came! I love everything about these mini pie pans. They're perfect for my one dish goods meals I've been making. The scalloped rim is so beautiful and they are thick and heavy. Very nice quality.

Loved this set. As I am living on my own I can now make pies just enough for one meal, Using a regular chicken pot pie recipe I made four individual pies . Ate one and froze the rest for a later date.

One thing to watch out for, though.. if you do both a bottom and top crust, you have a LOT of crust!I think it would be better to take advantage of the fluting on the pan, and just use either a top or bottom crust.
