We play Uno frequently. I bought a hand crank shuffler at first but it’s annoying. The cards get stuck, and it takes four shuffles to distribute them properly. This is a breath of fresh air.You split the deck and put half of the cards on each side, and it automatically shuffles. Repeat a few times for a truly random deck. It takes a minute to get a perfect game going again. It’s never jammed after a ton of shuffles. I charged it over USB C when it arrived, and it’s still doing its job. The battery lasts forever. If you play cards, this is gonna be your good friend.

To start, I only used this initially with the provided USB cable, plugged into a portable power bank. I have not yet tried this with batteries to know how long it lasts, etc. with that power method.This was a very selfish choice on my part -- maybe 5-6 times a year we have card night with my wife's family. Out of 8-10 people sitting around the table playing, you'd think more than just 1 or 2 of them (me being one of those 1-2 people) would shuffle the decks! But no, somehow I find myself shuffling cards 50% of the time, minimally. And that gets really, really old after more than a couple hours of playing.With this auto card shuffler, there will be NO excuse next time. Alternatively, even if it does fall to me most of the time, at least it won't mean shuffling by hand.When I got this shuffler, I got out a brand new deck of cards (note: I've only tested so far with ONE deck) because I figured it'd be a good test to see just how well these shuffled them when they're starting out "in perfect order".It took until maybe the 4th shuffle for these cards to really become mixed-up and randomized. The first couple, it was shuffling them with near one-to-one precision, but that otherwise left them still in some sort of pattern (albeit, the pattern changed slightly every time). Like, after the first shuffle -- I split the deck evenly, 26 to go to the left holder & 26 to go to the right holder, for the first attempt -- I looked at the cards after and it was Ace (from the left side of the holder), Ace (from the right side of the holder), King (from the left side of the holder), King (from the right side of the holder), Queen (left), Queen (right), etc. So, it shuffled, but almost entirely a one-to-one ratio. I did find that subsequent shuffles, when I did NOT perfectly split the deck, helped randomize them more and more every time.In a total of roughly 10 shuffles, I only had a slight "failure" one time. Not sure what I did differently on that 5th or 6th attempt, but the right side stopped feeding cards after the first couple were taken from it (the left side ran all the way through just fine). I smacked the right cards a little bit and hit the button again, and it fed the remainder of those into the bottom tray.So, I'd consider only 1 hiccup out of ~10 tries to be more than acceptable.This shuffler definitely does not have a robust feel to it. I'm trying to treat it very kindly (and I hope my wife's family does too on game nights), but it does work, and that's exactly what I was hoping for. I don't find it very loud, and it runs pretty smooth & very quickly.As long as this can make it through at least several card nights (to be determined...), it's a VERY good thing to have. Based on the unit's light weight and somewhat cheap feel to it overall, I'm not expecting it to last forever, but the price is right and I'd get another one when the day comes.

We play a lot of card and board games that have a ton of cards included. I am comically bad at shuffling and it takes me forever at that. This was super easy to install batteries in and then place my cards and press a button. Voila! Cards are properly shuffled and it could literally not be faster or easier. This worked perfectly every time we used it and should last a very long time hopefully. Totally the way to go if you are shuffle impaired like myself!

No instructions and no way to contact seller to ask for them. NO INDICATOR LIGHT ANYWHERE on product to indicate when it's fully charged.

I brought this to a 4th grade game day at school. I figured it would make things easier and save time since most kids at that age are either just learning how to shuffle or don't know at all. It's definitely kid approved, so much so there were arguments about who's turn it was to shuffle. Needless to say, it was moved around quite a bit, slammed, slid, and slapped. It does feel cheap but it held up well and still works. Every once and a while the cards get jammed but overall the feeder is smooth. I would recommend using it more than once to shuffle the deck before a game. For purposes like mine, it was convenient that i could operate it with batteries but it also came with a short USB cable.

All the joints and seams are snug and have no gaps or flaws.Loading the cards and pushing the large "start" button is very easy - someone with arthritis would be able to use this machine easily.The machine shuffles the cards quickly and efficiently. It may be necessary to shuffle 3 or 4 times if the deck is brand new - but after that, a single shuffle will do a good job. The machine works well with either AA batteries (not provided) or with USB power.
