The speed and size are great. It functions great, much better than some I've used. It is louder than another 1 I have.

We have not yet used it but have tested it with our 5 decks of cards. Anyone that plays Hand and Foot knows how time consuming it is to shuffle the cards between games. This device looks like it will work fine. I'm concerned that the construction is a little flimsy but we'll know after a few games if this device is a keeper or not.UPDDATE: We used it last night and it worked perfectly fine! We are still concerned with how « flimsy » it is. Not sure how long those little plastic gears are going to last but for now, we are happy with it. It is noisy but horribly noisy - just part of a fun night of cards!

I use this nce or twice a month - I really like that I can just plug it in to my cell phone charger and use it without having to worry about batteries

Nobody in my family can shuffle by hand but everybody loves this shuffler. It's a little loud but not much louder than the crack of shuffling cards by hand--and this is much faster and more efficient. No cards go flying, it has a handy tray to pull the cards out quickly and a usb charger to save $ on battery replacement. It worked immediately out of the box (we threw in batteries) and brought a smile to everyone who previously dreaded playing cards. We use this for UNO and for board game decks. Unfortunately, I lost the charger and plastic card drawer on a trip. It still works perfectly: I can stick my hand in to let the shuffled cards fall into it without injury and, if needed, I can use a generic USB charger/phone charger. Having said that, the charger and drawer are nice to have and I asked the seller if they could sell me replacement parts. They could not, as the product comes as a complete set and all of them are sitting in an Amazon warehouse; but they were a huge bro and sent me a new shuffler for free! I will be keeping the new shuffler with the drawer at home so I don't lose it again and using the first one as a travel shuffler! It's worth buying 2 or 3 of these!

I bought this one because it had the option of running on electricity or batteries. I’ve had it for a couple months before using it, and the thing barely runs, stops and starts, and doesn’t respond to pressing the shuffle bar. It acts the same with either power source. It was too late to return it.

We used it recently at a card playing gathering, this machine was awesome and easy to use, not real noisy, nice and sturdy, easy to clean if you have to, easy to carry around, I would recommend!!!!

When we opened the box and tried the shuffler it runs backwards and spit the cards out instead of shuffling the cards. I have two other one's that are great.

Works pefectly. Easily shuffles cards when you and your friends are hopeless shufflers. Convenient, portable and battery operated.
