I liked everything about this product. It is functional and very easy to use. No more shuffling or dealing cards. I ask for 6 players and 13 cards to be dealt. And this fantastic product does what it is requested to do!!!

The information on the shuffled is mostly in an Asian language which makes it impossible to understand to adjust anything.

Love it!We play a lot of cards during the holidays and "Cardi B", as we named her, became our Master of Ceremonies, shufflin' up and dealin' effortlessly, hand after hand!Everyone loved the convenience, and time savings. No misdeals kept the game flowing and the competition high.

Great to use when playing sequence, poker or any other card game. You dictate how it deals, how many people it deals to and there are for ‘hit’ buttons included for draw cards. Quiet and smooth.

I watched the video and searched online and was able to find excellent help. I am good at following instructions but the instructions included in the box were very vague. Once you get this shuffler set up it works very well. We are using it to shuffle many different game-type cards and it has done so great with no cards getting stuck. It also runs very quiet. It has a rechargeable battery that also has some type of overcharge protection. We use it to shuffle the cards but this shuffler can also deal cards. It is a super neat card and deal shuffler that runs super quiet. We are learning how to use it better the more we use it. It is 5 stars but I took off 1 for the poorly written instructions.

I have not used this long as it only arrived 2 days ago. Out of the box this is a fantastic machine. It is quiet and accurate. It is also very flexible for many different card games. I am technical and I was able to figure out how it works, but the instructions are a bit vague. Once you understand how to use the machine it will replace the dealer!

Works, but instructions are confusing. Still haven’t figured it out. Would not recommend at this point because I can’t figure out how to get it to deal different card games. Does shuffle and deal nicely, but doesn’t save time if you can’t get it to deal the right cards. Bought it for wife for Christmas and she definitely won’t use it. It wasn’t cheap either.

Bought as a gift to play five crowns and make the shuffling a little less tedious. Works like a charm. Read the instructions first. Wish it came with more pucks since apparently 12 can be paired.
