I bought this for my 91 yr old Mom, as we bought the card game 5 Crowns and she loves playing it. It involves shuffling a lot of cards and it is really hard for her. We end up shuffling for her, so I thought this would be fun to use for everyone.I tried it out when it arrived and it works great! And it's pretty fast and does a good job mixing them up. I love that it can be plugged in or use batteries. It will be a gift for Christmas, so we haven't used it for a game yet, but I think it will be just the icing on the cake for our card playing.

Good price for this item. It takes 4 C batteries that won’t last long if you play cards more than 3 times a week. Very loud. Forget talking when it’s running. Does the job and better than hand shuffling lol light weight cheap plastic.

We really like this shuffler, I am glad I purchased it. Use it when playing Skip-Bo, Cards against Humanity, Hand N Foot, and other card games. it does the shuffle in less than 30 secs, and it is not loud. I know several people said it is loud, of course it makes some noise, no more than it does when you shuffle cards yourself. Difference here is simple...I don't spend as much time shuffling cards with my hands, which tires them out quickly. This makes it very easy and quick. Worth the money, I am sure we will have this for many years, and highly reccomend it to others, worth the investment.

This device is not constructed well and allows for the card “progresser†to be disengaged and pushed into the interior, with very little pressure, which then makes it unable to shuffle the cards appropriately.â€

As designed this product will never work. The plastic molded body holds the metal contact that the batteries must make contact with. First of all the springs that attach to the negative side of the C batteries are too long and flop around. You need a small screwdriver to drag them to the center of the negative pole. Once you do that, you feel pretty good until you realize the plastic case portion that holds two of the positive terminals sticks up so much that the positive poles' nipples are about 1/8" from being able to make contact. Sure a picture might help with my explanation, but I'm not wasting any more of my time on this. I already have to bring this crap to a UPS Store to return it. I do this review for my fellow consumer - don't buy this!!! Unless they redesign the molding the case is made from it is dead before arrival.

I got this shuffler for my husband’s birthday. The first one received was broken so we had to exchange it. Got the new one and it works just fine. The playing cards aren’t too bad either.

Very disappointing to find that this item doesn't work. I bought it because it showed a usb charging function; bit it still has ports for batteries. Put in new batteries and it didn't work. Attached the usb power lead and it worked. My thoughts upon purchase was it would charge, via the usb and I wouldn't be changing/installing batteries.

Fun way to shuffle any type of card game…uno, skyjo etc…works perfectly and the usb charger is a great addition! Makes games night more fun!
