Combo rolls of the name brand version that matches my sealer runs about $45 at the big box store and nets 36' of film. This is 3x the amount at half the price. I sealed over 60 bags and had one that didn't seal tightly - it was the initial seal for the bag, so I simply sealed again and it worked perfectly (I think there was a little moisture on one end of the film when I tried the first time). All the bags vacuumed tight. I was able to write on the smooth side on a sealed margin with a sharpie so contents and date are easily identified. My hubby is not gentle when he paws thru the freezer looking for something specific and these have easily held up to his rough treatment. The larger rolls don't fit in the machine, but I put the roll behind the machine and feed thru the top of the lid - works like a charm. Will purchase again.

This is my second order for these Vacuum Seal Rolls. I have used them not only for food products, but to seal old coins, knives, documents and various other items. Never had a problem with deterioration, cracks, or leakage of any kind. Can't beat them for the price.

Bought these to see if they were as good or better then the expensive Food Savor brand. On a scale of 1-10 these are coming as an 8.Value: GoodUsability: EasyQuality: GoodThickness: ThinDurability: GoodPROS: Clearly they are cheaper then the branded name. And much longer as well, so you get more bags of average size from a role. I've been using this item over my brand name for several months now and see only a few minor issues, but nothing to make me want to go back to the pricery bags. I've seen no issues with freezer-burn. My items are sealed for less than 6 mos. on average. Material works well in my brand-name machine. Material draws a vacuum best when clear side of bag is up and checkered side is down. Freshness of food contents IMO is good with no issues or complaints. Will I continue to use, YES. Good Value for Price? YESCONS: Bags are thinner than the brand name item. A few bags (5-6 bags) have failed after sealing, but within the first day of freezing. I now double heat-seal bags and have not seen a problem in the last 75+- bags.IMO I think these are worth a try. I'm glad I tried these out.

I have been buying these for years. Better priced here than in the stores and just as good of a product. Only issue is when the roll is fairly new it will not fit in the machine since it is so big. I just cut with scissors till it will fit in the roller and cutter of the Food Saver.

I use my vacuum sealer a lot. These bags are as good as any I've used in the half dozen years I've been sealing. I generally go by price, and $19.99 is very good considering the cheapest I've paid years ago was $18. They are strong, seal well, and are easy to write on especially the smooth side. I can't begin to express the savings I've gotten by buying in bulk and vacuum sealing. Absolutely no down side to these bags.
