I do a lot of preserving and I found it excellent for freezer storage, I picked swiss chard, spinach, cauliflour, brocelli, then I steamed it for three minutes and then vaccum sealed it in portions and all I have to do is go to my freezer and select my own fresh vegetables whenever I want them. I also freeze freshly picked berries.

Tried these because of the low cost, they work well in the Original Food Vacuum sealer, but are thinner than the original bags, and therefore you have to manually push the seal button on your machine, but they work great.
