Let's face it all these sub 30 pumps are cheap. This is the best for the price. Sure the plug gets hot its hard to transfer 180watts thru a cigarette lighter. All the money on this unit went into the power of the pump. The cord probably isn't long enough for long trucks like mine ill probably just cut the cord and add a few feet of wire I have a long bed. I might even add some clips to run it from the battery. If your not into soldering use some twist caps. This unit has some weight to it and is set up to vent well. Might even throw a cheap cpu fan on it. I really like this unit shut off works great. It will be easier to add some cord than hose.

This is a great product. It works magnificently, and quickly! And at ~ $30 … it is a no-brainer purchase.It takes less than 3 minutes to add even 20lbs of pressure to a car tire.

The product works, but it is missing a little rubber foot. Thus, it rattles when placed on the ground.The hose is also a bit short. If you have a long SUV you may not be able to reach the rear tire.Definitely have the vehicle running when using it. It will pump much more efficiently. This is a single cylinder pump. It takes awhile to pump up a tire.I topped up 4 tires (low by about 5 psi each and a compact spare (from 28 psi to 60 psi) and it worked. The pump head got a little warm by the time I was done. If doing a tire from flat to 36 psi, you may need to stop to let it cool down in-between or it might overheat.I purchased this one (single cylinder) so it would not blow fuses. The dual cylinder ones need to be connected to a battery. This one did not.

Love the quality. not cheep plastic and the controls are great set it one time and fill all four tires. the hose releases without loss of air when it is removed. great product, hope it lasts.

Love that you can set the inflation psi, wish it didn’t reset every time tho. Gets a little warm after use but not bad. Will get another for daughter.

My 10 year old primary tire compressor finally died so when I saw this one which is very similar to the old one ,I had to try it out. I like it's digital and you set it to the psi you like. Here's what I noticed, it's a power hog, no wonder the instructions call for the engine on when using this item. If you have a weak battery don't use if the car is not on, it will drain it.
