It arrived in perfect condition. I assembled it with zero issues. It goes well with my guest bedroom decor. It has not been used fully yet, but it appears sturdy enough.

I do love this product it is sturdy, fits perfect for a big size suitcase and like the color. But it came with a long scratch. Very disappointing.

This little luggage rack is very well-made and pretty easy to put together. And it’s also nice that it folds up and it’s easy to put away.

I bought 2 of these units. One was perfect but the other had the #3 and #5 cross member basically stuck together. When I separated the two, it pulled some of the wood off in several places. So much for quality control and allowing the stain to dry before packing.

Assembly was a little tricky. Zoom in on the photo and you can see the numbers for reference on mine when assembling yours. I had to shave a little bit off one of the dowels to make it fit but otherwise they look good and they’re pretty sturdy.

There are no screws to hold the straps in place. Straps require adjustment every time I remove it from the closet. Not a deal breaker...just annoying.
