I use it for guest to set their luggage on instead of the floor, which made it easier for them to pack and unpack without having to lay the luggage on the bed.

Missing screws. I had to go buy screws to assemble the second one. The instructions were easy to follow at first, but some key instructions were excluded which resulted in taking it apart and reassembling. Kind of irritating.

These are a bit larger than the ones you typically find in a hotel, but not so much that they're unwieldy. If size is critical for some reason (say, to fit a tight storage spot), be sure to check the dimensions. Apart from that, once assembled they function just as you'd expect.One minor note during assembly: the straight crosspieces have a square cross-section, and they fit quite tightly into the sleeves in the nylon webbing. As a result, when tightening the screws holding it together, if you rotate a crosspiece in the process, you could end up winding the nylon webbing around the crosspiece, causing the rack to not open all the way.

These racks need to be assembled but come with all parts and the tool needed to do so. Assembly was not difficult and the directions were easy to follow. It was a little tricky getting the first screw or two started due to having to hold the pieces in place without any support while screwing with the little wrench provided. I just got the first ones started enough to hold the piece in place while I put the others in and then tightened them all, and they all went together easily. I don't know how strong bamboo wood is, so used the provided tool and hand tightened rather than use a power screwdriver. The assembled racks seem plenty sturdy to hold up a full suitcase. They fold for storage. They arrived without any damage. The price is in line with similar products on Amazon.

We are very satisfied, it was good choice. They are very good finished. and having a second try below is a good idea, maybe we wouldn’t use for shoes like in the picture, but for small bags, then you can have both well placed at the same time. Instructions are provided, however they are quite easy to assemble even without them. It looks very resistant.
