The screws are cheap, they strip and you can’t really assemble the stand. I returned it half assembled because I could get the screws fully in or back out because they get stripped and you can’t move them. Stay away from this one

These are really nice to have in your guest rooms. It helps when people are packing or unpacking their luggage. These are very nice and sturdy.

The nuts/screws were missing for the assembly of the 2 luggage stands. In addition, online order said it would be delivered Saturday but showed up on a Tuesday night (3 days late). Product is nice looking and looks to be durable but won't know until we use it. Unfortunately due to missing hardware to put it together it took some extra steps for us to find the proper screws/nuts to put it together ourselves. It would have been too much of a hassle to try and contact manufacturer to send us the hardware. It was faster for us to figure it out on our own.

The white paint is stuck on the pleather. Otherwise it was ok for the price.

A bit of a challenge to assemble. You need to think about what you are doing when you assemble. Very sturdy and I recommend the set as we often have couples visit and they each need their own rack.

I thought with this being expensive that the quality would be great, but the leather was stuck to the wood when we got it and so it’s already peeled off and damaged.
