I got in to meditation recently and bought this on a whim, and I have got to say, I am very happy with my purchase. The stool itself is the perfect height for me to get up and down with ease, and the cusion is so soft. My knees hurt less, and that has been a God send! May have to buy more for birthday presents!

Portable, easy to use, two different comfortable positions for your legs. Sitting cross legs or kneeling. Great item.

With the normal chairs I cant sit for longer hours keeping my back straight so i usually get back pain.So i was trying out different type of chairs/ergonomic chairs etc to be able to sit straight without any pain,this seems to working for that. If anyone notices when we bend our lower part of the legs back the backbone automatically alignsto staright position so this is the correct way to sit to be able to sit for longer duration.This bench legs can be bent, which helps for carrying to other places as well as we can use to to sit during padmasana position also to getsupport for the hips. Further thius can be even used as pillow when u dont have pillow during travel as the cushion is very soft.Overall i liked this product.

I bought this product for a vacation trip I'm currently on and it has been even better than I expected. It's light, yet firm. I like the fact that I can set it up practically anywhere and it's very fitting. I will most likely buy another one when I return home from vacation just to keep one in my car.

I can meditate in half and full lotus. But for long periods my ankles and knees can feel the strain. So I thought a meditation bench would allow me to switch and continue to meditate longer than my ankles and knees think I should.When you open the box you see the company really put some thought and effort into presentation. The inside of the box is beautifully printed with a cool message if you're into those type of things...and I am. Definitely very giftable presentation.The carry bag it very nicely done and appears well made.The bench is perfect. I love bamboo wood because it looks nice, is sturdy, and is a very sustainable wood unlike slow growing tree woods.I was worried the bench might not work for me, a 5'10 guy, since all the pics showed women. But it actually works great. That makes sense of I would've thought about it. Your butt sits in one place and any extra leg length just goes further out the back. The height is perfect. It feels very comfortable and naturally aligns my back.The cushion is fine. It's fairly thin but surprisingly is just enough to not feel the hard wood. The cushion cover though is a bit thin and doesn't seem like it will hold up well. I was going to take a star off for this. But after thinking about it I just can't do that to what is an otherwise wonderful product that the makers obviously but a lot of thought and planning into.So I would say this is a solid 4.5 stars. Very glad I ordered it.

First off, I absolutely love that this bench is made entirely of bamboo. It feels really sturdy when I sit on it and I love that it folds in for easy storage. The cushion is really comfortable and I like the design on it as well. The only reason this isn't 5-stars for me was because of the smell. When I first opened the box it reeked of paint. I don't know if this is only because I got the black cushion or if they all smell like this, but I had to air out both the cushion and the carrying bag in the garage for a few days because the smell was so strong. After that, the smell began to recede and I was able to attach the cushion to the bench and everything was fine.
