Perfect. Very durable. The grey water tank always fills up quick. It was nice to drain out 4-5 gallons ever other day so we could shower. Very easy to handle. Just fill it up and put it in the truck. Not complicated at all. Didn’t need to hook up a hose to fill it and to empty. If you are looking just to get rid of a little grey water. This is it!

Very well made from thick plastic, so I don't have to worry about it springing a leak. The handle is thick for easy carrying when it is full. Five gallons is five gallons, so don't expect it to hold more than that. It is perfect for the gray-water in my utility-trailer-to-RV conversion

Had no issues with quality, good for one person camping.

I purchased this to travel and dry camp with my small travel trailer. I used it to empty the black tank and it was a disgusting mess!!! It leaked all over the place and when I tried to dump it it was so difficult to hold that it spilled all over the place. I started a return but ended up just throwing it away because it would have been unhygienic to return. It ended up being an absolute waste of money!!

I decided on a five-gallon gray water tank because even when full, I am still able to lift it. When camping solo, I can make this last 3-4 days in between emptying. The tank is all right. It mostly gets the job done. My main gripe is with the lid. I don't think the functionality justifies a $45-$50 price tag.First, I've had trouble getting the lid to screw on tightly and not leak. The rubber washer that keeps the lid snug slips out of place when I tighten the lid. This matters because the washer has two holes cut into it, one for the pressure release valve and one for the water to flow from the hose into the tank. When the washer slips out of place, that means those holes become partially blocked by the rubber washer. So I can't quite tighten the lid all the way without compromising water flow and ventilation...but when the lid isn't tightened all the way, water dribbles out of it. I've had to accept that there will be some dribbling from the lid, which is frustrating--I'm trying to avoid polluting or attracting bugs and animals with gray water smells.Secondly, I am not convinced the pressure valve is big enough. When the lid is fairly tight, water drains into the tank very, very slowly and sometimes not at all. Loosening the main lid lets more air escape and speeds up the draining (while also further contributing to water dribbling out...). That suggests to me that the valve isn't doing its job very well.I have not, however, had the issue others have complained about in terms of the valve cap falling off during transport. Transport of the full tank has been easy and emptying it is also pretty easy. I keep a small container of "important doodads" in my camper so that I don't lose the valve cap. Others have complained that it's hard to fully empty the tank but I have not experienced that. All in all, this is the best 5-gallon option I was able to find so I'll keep using it, but the design could definitely be improved especially at this price point.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Doesn’t take up a lot of storage space. Only wish it had a way to see how full it was.

Did not fit under my camper. I have to use hose which will not bend down making it impossible to drain all. Can’t lift it when full.

This is nothing fancy, but when your grey water tank is about to overflow and you are not ready to hook up and pull out, it is indispensable. For anyone with a pop-up this works great as it hold 5 gallons which is a manageable weight to carry to the dump station. We are glad we found one to have on hand.

I just received the tank and I filled it with tap water to make sure it is okay and it leaked right out of the box! It leaked around the plastic "welds" of the threaded neck. The plastic "welds" around the joints were poor quality and there were numerous areas of the plastic tank that were "rewelded", including areas without joints. I'm going to return this one and purchase another because there aren't too many options at this size, so fingers crossed, the next one is okay. The manufacturer should be ashamed labelling the product with a very noticeable American flag with the caption "Engineered, built, and serviced by American workers in the USA". It's an embarrassment for Americans because it is very evident it is missing quality control.UPDATE: I received the replacement tote and it does not appear to be leaking; however, the plastic "weld" at the neck looks similar to the previous one that leaked, so quality control is not the best. I would not recommend this unless, like me, your options are limited for a tote this size.
