Initial take is, this is a quality scope so 4 stars. However you can't use it up close using a normal eye relief length. Its like between a LER long eye relief and a short eye relief normal scope. So if you plan to use this make sure your scope rail can handle the ocular being at least 4 inches from your eye. Otherwise you will see a doughnut of blur area around the center. I bought it for my crossbow but am going to somehow put it on a big bore airgun that always slaps me in the eye with ironically a $25 Tasco scope that has at best 2" of eye relief (opposite problem). Theres always something with my cheap purchases! This one was a deal less than the tasco so I WILL find a use for it! Also, I must say, the quality changed my view on Barska scopes.
