This gun was a lot of fun but kept jamming. The bbs get stuck in the magazine and cause misfires or the weapon doesn't shoot. We did some problem shooting and tried to contact the company...NO ONE'S THERE! No response to emails - I've sent upwards of 10. No one answers the phone - I've called multiple times during differing hours to ask for assistance. I would NOT purchase this weapon or any other from BBTac because of the lack of support. We may have a one off gun and a simple switch with the company would be ideal, but when there's no customer service it's impossible. Highly recommend against any BBTac equipment. There's others out there that are comparable WITH customer service.

Very poor product, bought as gift for my son and broke in 2 days, tried many time to contact company for a return but there office our as so wacky. talked to several employee in the last few months all have different version of the return policy and no one takes notes. Have to explain the story each time I call, PLEASE DONT BUY THIS FOR YOUR KIDS. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!
