First, let me say that this a quality made product with some limitations. I love the fact that this provides all the features it claims to have, but this is definitely NOT a full-size weight bench capable of handling the kind of weights you find in your average gym. This is a compact, fully functional weight bench for people who don't have space for a full-size weight bench. I've got wide shoulders and the bench press holders are a bit narrow. I'm not saying you can't get a good workout from this, but it's not immediately comfortable. You have to adjust yourself a little further down the bench to make it work. Setup was a bit complicated for one person....again, it's doable, but having an extra set of hands makes it go a lot smoother. Overall, I'd say that this is a great weight bench for those who don't have the space for a full-size olympic bench. With some adjustments, you can make it work!

There is absolutely no way to use this to squat. Ive tried ways that would be considered safe and ways that would be considered not safe and theres no way. Also getting down and bench pressing, my hands are too far apart when going on the outside of the stands and way too close when going on the inside. Realistically I go out side and shimmy my hands closer which is extremely dangerous with 200+ lbs right above my face. I paid more for this rather than the cheapest amazon bench thinking I would have a way to get a heavy weight on my shoulders to squat as well as comfortably do benches. Gonna have to spend more money on a more expensive one. Might try to rig this so it can be spaced far enough apart. I think if it was spaced far enough apart I would definitley be able to do squats with this

We don’t have a lot of extra space, so when I saw this I thought it would be nice for my husband. He’s coming off a few bad years with back pain and is just now getting back into weight training. It’s nice and compact for a small home (although it may be dangerous with little ones around.) While it does not compare to what is available at a gym, it is a nice alternative for a small space at home.

very easy to assemble as everything was symmetrical. enjoyed that is was multiuse as you can work out all body parts with this. not the best quality of benches but if you have a small place, its not bad. not made for a gym enthusiast. it wont hold up your long term. we didnt like that there wasn't a real safety lock for putting the seat up when not in use. really dangerous if you have young ones around. we assumed the little fabric piece is what you use to hold the chair up when not in use but man it does not hold securely enough for us personally. sure you can put it up against the wall but how light the chair is, it can be very easy for your LO to pull down.

This bench is well made, sturdy and seems like it will last for a long time. They didn’t cut corners on this one, it is metal and looks great. I like that they have a place to store the extra weights to keep them out of the way when not in use. The bench can be lowered, and it has a foot rope, so you get a lot of versatility with workouts using this bench, it even has a place to do pushups. The bench folds up for easy storage, and that is amazing! It allows you to have a garage and a home gym.

The weight bench/squat rack came very quickly. The instructions were well done and easy to follow. Everything was labeled properly and well packaged. All parts were included in the box. The Allen wrenches were provided but you will need an adjustable wrench also.We don't have a lot of room for work out equipment, so this bench is great. It folds up when we are not using it to free up space. You can use the set as a bench press, do dips, push-ups. The barbell rack has 6 heights as well as weight plate posts for storage. The bench has 3 adjustable heights in addition to folding up. The bench is a little hard but not a big deal for us.This set is nice and sturdy. It will meet our needs great.

I really like this weight bench. It is adjustable so you can do so many different types of work outs. It was easy to assemble and get all set up. The one thing I am a little confused on is the weight limit of 400 pounds. Is this 400 including the user? Or 400 for just the weights? Either way, it will be a while before I reach that weight limit since I am just starting to lift. I think this is going to be a great bench to work out on.
