For the price it’s a good bench , feels sturdy and it does the job. So for the price a 5/5 and if you want to compare it to a bench $85 and up I’d say a good 3.8/5. Although it is a bit short I am 6’0 exact and my head does go over the bench when I sit and lay, Other than that it’s a reliable and good bench.

I was a little skeptical to buy a weight bench at this price point and expect much from it but I have been extremely satisfied. This bench is very sturdy, especially considering how light it is. Folds up nicely to be tucked away if your space is limited. Provides enough adjustments to allow you to do a wide variety of exercises. I feel like this bench could compete with benches that are double or triple the price.

Update:After a week i find this bench disappointing. Hard to hold your body when inclined. The fact that you have to adjust the plastic caps on the bases evrytime you move the bench even an inch. It was a waste of my money.I bought this bench for two reasons; the price and possibilities. Although it has more positions than my old one it is not as comfortable specially on the lowest rest position. The roller cushion is also too small to hold my feet together. I will give it a try but already dont have a good experience right out of the box.

This works just fine for my 6'5" husband. I'm 5'5" and can barely get my feet to the ground, which isn't super great when you're trying to stabilize to lift heavy. It's decent enough quality, but look elsewhere if you're shorter than probably about 5'8".

This bench is sturdy, stable, easily adjustable from 90 degrees to -15. And not expensive. A good basic bench. Another reviewer said they couldn’t touch the floor with their feet, but I am 5’5†(the same height as the other reviewer) and I can easily get my feet flat on the floor for stability.

Es realmente Muy practica debido a que la puedes doblar y ocupa muy poco espacio, resiste mucho se siente de buena calidad además de que es de un tamaño ideal para personas medianas (167 cm) y hasta personas un poco mas altas yo creo que hasta 175 cm
