Update: Two years later (now 8/2023) still loving my bench. It has shown no wear and tear. Stable as the day I bought it. Vinyl holding up like new.Compact, stable, light-weight. I'm just under 5'1" (62 y.o. female) and I got this bench to perform my physical therapy exercises. I am able to sit on the bench with my knees/feet at proper 90 degree angle on the floor. It's narrow so I can do my flies in good form on my back. Padding is just right so it's firm and comfortable. Being retired, if I find a few minutes off and on all day, I'd go in and lie down and realign my back! I struggle with chronic pain as I lie down, but after my regimen of exercises, I can get up and feel like a new person!

I like the fact that you can adjust the height of the bench. I needed something to practice and use for 20 in. box jumps instead of buying an actual box. This works great. Just to make sure it is sturdy when I star jumping...I just leaned it against my bed just for added safety. It was easy to assemble and looks just like the picture they displayed.

It is super cheap which is nice and easy to install but it is a little wobbly so doesn't seem so secure but i only use my dumbbells on it so im good

The washers can be easily dropped into the frame because the size is too small. Throughout the process I have to keep getting them out of the frame, that is very time consuming and unnecessary. The instructions are almost non-exist and you have to use your instincts to put them together. Usually it is fine but with these washers keep dropping into the frame it really is making people wonder if they are doing the right thing. For some reason, some parts are already installed upon arrival so I am not sure if certain parts are used. But the parts are overall clean so I don't wanna make a big deal of it. Finally it is sturdy but I would not buy it again in the future. PS: remember to have the screw driver ready coz they don't provide one, I am lucky to be handy enough.

Had to buy a tap and die set $20 to fix the threads on the height adjustment knob. Also, the foot on one leg was bent and had to hammer it out to get it on.

When we received the package it had only the frame and the bench was missing. I immediately contacted Amazon Support and KLB. KLB quickly fixed the the problem and sent us another package. The bench is easy to assemble and sturdy enough to do most bench exercises.
