I have a new drafting chair for my VariDesk.The desk is in a corner of my kitchen with hard floors. The chair rolls uncontrollably around at times when I slide back or it tries to slide out from under me when I'm getting into the chair after standing at the desk.These casters glide just enough for me to move the chair in and out under control.Well made, and easy to install and the little pry tool is useful and thoughtful.

They're a great way to protect a hardwood floor from hard-plastic wheels. One thing to note, though, is that even without someone sitting in the chair, they don't slide very easily.

I hesitated between these and cheaper ones that were just glides with felt bottoms, and I'm glad I got these. They are sturdy and solidly built. I got these so that I could use an under-desk elliptical with my existing office chair. Very happy with this purchase.

good fir, easy to install, but , Not understanding the GLIDE feature setting. Hard to tell which setting its on and can see no difference in sliding. Very confusing

Used for my ex-wheeled chair that I have for sim racing and it doesn't move at all. Good product.

These chair legs are actually worth the money. Easy to install and easy use. On hardwood or laminate, you can still slide your office chair away from the desk with a little effort but I'm guessing they're more for moving your chair while not sitting on it. When the rubber pads are activated, the chair doesn't budge when seated.
