We had all of our hardwood refinished. We have two office chairs and the hardwood guys told us to purchase new wheels to prevent damage to the wood. Let me say these wheels did not disappoint. Very smooth and easy glide across the floor. They is really no sound when rolling. Super easy to replace the old wheels. I highly recommend this product. I will now be ordering the second set.

I had the typical hard plastic (dual) office chair rollers that often got stuck on my hard surface floor. I would have to move my chair in differing directions to get the wheels to realign. I investigated hard floor wheels a few times but just never acted on it. After getting these I regret not doing sooner. There were no issues in installation, probably less than 10 minutes. They are so vastly different in chair movement (including sound) I cant believe I waited. So if you are on the fence, dont hesitate. The thing I liked about these specific wheels are: they are: 2 inch - similar in size to the original, dual wheels - again similar in original design and black - do not stand out as different (in fact unless you really look close they look normal). They also have the wheel cover/guard unlike others out there.

What a game changer these wheels are! They glide silently across my floors. We looked and looked for new office chairs but I knew I would not find ones of the same quality build as the ones I had at a price I was willing to pay. My current chairs are Hon chairs I got from the bargain room at WB Mason, used. They were $700 chairs when new. Despite being used they are the most solid chairs ever but after 8 years the upholstery on the seat ripped and the foam was shot. Plus two of the arms on one chair were also falling apart. With these wheels, new foam and new covers the chairs are like new!
