These bolts are not 1.75" long (44mm), they are 1.38" long (35mm), as measured from under the head, as per proper bolt length measurement. These are not safe to use to fasten a bell housing into an aluminum bock, not enough thread engagement to safely reach proper torque without pulling out aluminum block threads.

I went to the store to match up these bolts to buy a couple longer and a couple shorter to ease installation. Only to find, these bolts were metric. Oh well.
