About this item

  • Well Thought Out - Ergonomically formed 2-component handle with steel socket for applying force with a hex key or driver when desired (max. torque 17 Nm).
  • Simple Set Up with Powerful Operation - Secure nominal clamping force up to 1700 lbs. Operating jaw stays where you put it for easy set up. Position where you like and apply clamping force.
  • Precise & Gentle - Workpieces with sensitive surfaces can be clamped and spread, parallel to each other. Workpiece supports also prevent the workpiece from coming into contact with the rail.
  • Cold Drawn Steel Rail Bar - Produced and tested with consistently high quality and the utmost precision in cutting-edge facilities.
  • Large Clamping Surfaces - Clamping surfaces are oversized and distribute clamping force evenly. Three removable pressure caps are repellent to glue, and resistant to paint and grease solvents.

The large jaw faces are an easily recognizable characteristic of the BESSEY K Body parallel and case clamps. They allow strong, precise and gentle clamping and spreading of workpieces. Thanks to their extra-large contact surfaces, the original BESSEY K Body REVO parallel clamp and the lightweight UniKlamp case clamp distribute clamping force evenly even when being used at high clamping forces. Cabinetmakers, Carpenters, Joiners and Kitchen fitters all benefit from the use of parallel jaw clamps because they are ideal for clamping large areas without damaging the material. When In use parallel clamps provide very accurate clamping support and are ideal for many applications including furniture making, restoration, cabinet construction, and holding large panels and frames in place when gluing. BESSEY offers the unique K Body REVO parallel clamp in two versions – with fixed (KRE) or sliding upper section (KREV) – each with a range of openings up to 2.5 meters. Both of these versions offer up to a nominal 90 degrees of clamping capability and 1700 lbs of everyday clamping force. Another advantage of the K Body REVO clamps is that they have additional workpiece supports on the rail that prevent the workpiece from coming into contact with the rail and being damaged. This also allows the clamps to be placed on the workbench and then used as a glue press. Further, the sliding clamp can also be converted to a spreading function without the need for tools, and there are also a number of accessories available. BESSEY. Simply better

You really can't beat these, even the ones made in China. The only downside is what to do with them when not in use because if you don't have storage or an organizer they get in your way.

I'm an old woodworker, have to many clamps from over the years & just like all tools things have evolved & there are better solutions to old problems, these clamps are exactly that, they will apply force to your glue ups beyond what other clamps can, they have a allen head bolt on the handle end for even more force, others don't, the question of country of manufacture means nothing at this point, it's all quality control, if you compare the big boys in clamps you soon see these come out on top. yes expensive, they must go on sale on black friday or? whatever there still worth it if you consider time effort frustration & elimination of these factors..shop time hast to be fun right?

I’ve never had this quality in a clamp. Changes how I glue up stuff. They speed up the process because you can clamp so much more precisely. And they are stinkin’ strong.Pricy, but they seem to be worth it.Now, let’s see how they last.

At the time of ordering these I went to the local big box store and they were all out so i haven't looked at one before much less touch one. Before these came in, my sons and I went there again and they had a few of them in. OH buddy let me tell you, these are some heavy duty mofo's. I haven't gotten my wood delivered yet but as soon as it does i can't wait to start paneling. Price wise, they are expensive for the average joe trying to start up a hobby or business. However, you're getting what you're paying for Bessey Quality. These things feel like they can hold tank walls together during assembly. I'm not joking. Try them out, if they don't last a long time, contact me and I'll gladly come and dig them out of your trash can.

I've been using an assortment of f clamps, bar clamps, pipe clamps, and others for a while, and finally decided to order a good set of parallel clamps for some cabinet work that I needed to do. Other than the price, I don't know why I waited so long! These work great for a variety of panel and cabinet clamping needs, and I find myself reaching for these before anything else when I need to setup a complex glue-up. Buy once, cry once - and I wish I had bought these sooner!

They look good but I haven't used them yet. I'm anxious to do so. I don't foresee any problems since Bessey makes great clamps.

I've owned a ton of smaller Bessey clamps (mostly f-style or quick clamps) but these were my first parallel clamps. These things are BEASTS. They feel incredibly well made (which I've come to expect from Bessey) and they're easy to use.The only negative thing I could possibly come up with for these is that I really won't need 40" clamps since I only ever make smaller projects BUT knowing that I could easily use these on a big table top makes me think I should try something bigger.Literally can't go wrong with Bessey!
