Living in northern Wisconsin there are a lot of areas with low to no cell service bought this service extender hoping to get better service in the areas with poor service however after several months of using it I haven’t seen much of a difference the cell service is still very spotty.

After installation I have gained approximately 3 bars throughout the home. My only dislike would be there is no omni indoor antenna available offered with the unit. I had to purchase from a different vendor. The ceiling mount omni indoor antenna is more practical for getting a better distribution throughout the home.

So ive tried a couple cell boosters before. None ever worked. But currently im staying in a spot that gets terrible signal, and theres no wifi, and I cant get wifi at this location, so my cell and my hotspot are it. Just hooked this thing up yesterday and it bumped me from 1 bar to full bars. Instantly. Im streaming movies, downloading videogames and FaceTiming my girl with no problems, for like the first time ever. My only beef with it, is its messy, lots of parts, lots of cords. Im gonna have to some permanent stuff to my trailer to sort it and organize it. Like drill holes and route wire. But for efficacy, 5 stars

Our cell phone reception at home is low, at best only two bars. This can be a problem with dropped calls. I followed the supplied instructions and found the strongest signal on the outside of my house to the south. Since I already had a TV antenna mounted to my fireplace, I was able to mount the external antenna to the same pole and pointed to the direction of the strongest signal. The 48’ of cable was plenty to run into my attic and get close to a 110-power connection. The supplied mounting hardware was easy to install on both the amplifier mounted in the attic and the booster mounted inside my house. My signal improved from 2 bars to a full 4 bars. The installation was easy, and I am very pleased with this unit.

Information included with the antenna and what is on "you tube" gave me a comfort level that it was set properly. Found a site to locate the nearest tower and believe it was aimed at that tower. At best I got 1 bar outside without antenna and 2 bars inside using the antenna. Issue was that when tested several times, I had inconsistent quality having my voice garbled and difficult to understand. It was not the right solution for my problem.

Have to be in just the right spot for , not covering 8000 square feet as advertised.
