I recently purchased a PC to do some light gaming but I suffer from a slip disc and a pinched nerve so sitting for long periods of time is torture so I wanted to give this a test run before I left a review. I found a few years ago in a friends car that the heated seats (even on low) worked great for me so with that always in mind I knew what I wanted.There weren't many options without breaking the bank but finding this chair seemed too good to be true. After putting it together I was more than satisfied, well worth the money! Assembly was very quick and easy, I say the hardest part is how to run the wire for the heated seat so you don't accidentally roll over it.The quality of the material feels well made, I love the extra wideness of the cushion, I don't feel like I'm being constricted at the hips when I'm sitting. The seat cushion is very comfortable and the heat can be noticed quick from low-high so sitting for long periods of time don't bother me. The tilt function works great and lowering or raising is smooth. The wheels are nice and sturdy but I changed mine out to rubber for my hardwood floors.

Wish the bottom had a little more padding but it's a very nice chair, wasn't hard to put together and pretty stable even when reclining back

I bought this for my son as gift and he has been using it for only 1 week so it is too early to talk about durability and quality of the product but so far the experience was so good.- The price was lower than any other place- The look is great, exactly looks like the photo- The chair is really comfortable- It was easy to assemble

The arm rest would not match up, took half the chair apart to try figure it out and the seat is extremely hard and not giving at all
