Was very impressed by the packaging and assembly of this product. Everything was clearly labeled, even the bolts and came with the only tool necessary to assemble. The instructions were very well written too. I really appreciated that details of how to screw in bolts lightly at first and then tighten once all in place were included seeing as this may not be intuitive to all customers. Language and picture instructions were clear and well planned out so as to save you having to go back and forth across your work, thus optimizing your energy and exertion. This is especially good for people with chronic pain for whom assembly can be daunting.The chair itself is decent. It does all that’s it’s advertised to and the components are well made. My only gripe is the plastic piece that holds the foot rest onto the bottom of the chair. It seems quite bendy and I hesitate to use it and will probably see what I can do to replace it with something sturdier.Overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it. It has a good amount of support and adjustment. Its a good middle ground of being minimal and supportive, which will allow you to add in any supports you deem necessary to your body while being comfortable in its own right.

I love the entire chair. Purchased for my son and he is super happy with it!! Great price, super sturdy, great back support, adjust very easily. Extremely satisfied!!!

This chair is beautiful & comfy!! I was looking for a girlie gaming chair that had good cushions and this one is sooo pretty and comfortable. Easy to put together too! Def buy this !!!!! Worth the $$$.

UPDATE:I'm sitting in this chair as I write this. I've had it for about a month now. I'm 43 years old, 6' tall, and about 180 pounds (for size reference). It feels decently sturdy for what it is. I find it quite comfortable. The leg rest could come out a bit further but not a huge deal. I'd absolutely buy this chair again.Got it yesterday. Assembly was quick.. maybe 15 minutes?? It’s very comfortable. Advice: double wrap the headrest cushion through the holes to keep it up high.-1 star because it’s not the sturdiest chair I’ve ever sat in.My opinion: well worth the money. I would buy it again.

I am one of those crazy people that love to work long hours but less days and normally this would never be an issue until my home office chair started hurting my bottom. Every day mid shift I would need to get up, walk and dread the rest of my shift on my uncomfortable chair. After many weeks of thinking and comparing and checking out all price points, I finally decided to splurge on this chair and boy was I right. This chair is AMAZING. It is so comfortable and so sturdy. It’s also very pleasing to the eye and very functional. It also arrived in less than a week! That is a mega bonus for me! So far I’ve had no complaints. If you need a new work chair, this is the chair for you.

Son asked for this gaming chair for Christmas, he loves it- easy to assemble and he uses it daily. Perfect color and very comfortable and durable.

I wanted to use this chair for a few days before writing this...so here goes...1. Putting it together was surprisingly easy. Very clear and precise instructions. Took me less than 30 minutes, so thats definatly a plus.2. As far as comfortableness is concerned, its not bad but the seat is a little thin on cushioning, so if your planning on using this for more than an hour at a time, you may want to rethink this. I work from home and about every hour i need to stand up and readjust... Tilt is amazing...i like that fact you can lock it at any angle...just not all the way up or all the way back.3. Footrest....the footrest is the best part. Its sturdy and easy to use...BUT....if your a tall person with long legs, your legs will dangle...im five foot tall and my feet dangle over the edge of the footrest.Overall, its not a bad chair, seat could use some padding, footrest could be just a bit longer....not one ill be using for hours on end but will definately use this for short periods of time.

I liked the high back, the padded armrests that recline with the reclining back and of course I like the reclining back. I like the sturdiness of the chair. The castors roll easily over hard floors and carpet. The neck pillow is nice and soft. Those are the pros.The lumbar cushion was too thick and too firm for me and I replaced this with a small soft pillow that is more comfortable for my back.The seat of the chair would be better if it was less firm and more soft.The foot rest is a joke for anyone over 5 feet tall. It only comes to my upper calf's and I'm sure if I actually used it, the weight of my legs would break it - it's only held in place by two little tubes of plastic.By far the biggest Con is the back of the chair which has the thinnest amount of foam imaginable, covering a flat piece of plywood. This, for me is incredibly uncomfortable and no better than sitting against a plain piece of wood. Had I known this in advance I would never have bought it and if it wasn't for the fact that taking it apart again and hefting the box over to UPS to be sent back to Amazon would be too heavy and too awkward, I would, indeed have returned it.So now I'm having to try and find a way of making the back more comfortable.You get what you pay for, I guess. but I won't be buying any more chairs online.Very disappointed with this chair.
