My husband is 5'11" & 310 lbs. He LOVES this chair! He's got a bum back, and this provides decent lumbar support. He really likes the padded arm rests. He plays a lot of flight simulators, so he's in the chair for long stretches of time. First gaming chair he's had that when he stands up, he's not in pain!

Absolutely, wonderful product. I highly recommended. It's one of the most comfortable gaming chairs up had the pleasure of sitting in it performs excellently. It's easy to assemble. It's ideal for mobility.

It's comfortable but the vibrating back part falls alot and the foot rest is soooo hard to pull out. The connection came with no electrical box.

This product is much more comfortable than most chairs, esp for larger people. I love the detached massager and can play longer than in my other chair

We ordered this in March, it is now the end of June (so about 4 months) and the chair is completely messed up. My partner who is maybe around 250lbs (well under that 400lbs limit this chair is advertised for) had been using this chair but it has since become unusable in less than even half a year. 1. The back is broken so no pressure can be put on it, 2. The seat has become permanently lopsided 3. The screws holding the arms have little to no threading so the armrests keep coming loose from the sidesConsidering the price of this thing and the fact the product is advertised to be strong and supportive, this should not have happened. This makes me think this is either a knockoff or marketing pretending this product hits these points and can be charged more. It is not worth the price and is a huge disappointment for what was promised.

Update ... rolled the chair back away from the desk and the post for the wheel broke the plastic and i fell backwards out of the chair.Used this chair just over 6 months and it's worthless. The padding is worthless and you can feel the bars inside the chair. I'm less than 260 and can feel them. The arms are loose and can't be tightened anymore. If I could give this chair zero stars I would. Not comfortable nor worth the cost. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better chair.
