I’m 79 and I assembled the bike easily. It’s sturdy and fairly easy to fold up. I weigh 180 and it works great for me. No wiggling while riding or fear of falling over. The added arm and leg bands are also sturdy.I’d give this little bike 5*

These are very soft. Not hard like they appear in the photo with the bike in it. The feet of the bike sink right through them. You can't return them after the bike has been on them. Save your money.

These mats are tiny, they barely fit under my bike. The quality is not great - the mats are very thin. I would not recommend.

I was looking for a 2'x6' rug to place under my rower. Then I looked on Amazon & found the pads for most gym equipment. This is perfect. and less expensive than a rug.

Good thing to avoid scratching the floor. Not necessarily scratches, but also prevents scuffs on the floor. And maybe dampens some of the noise from the bike trainer
