This looks very nice. It is so flexible that it was easy to secure to every curve. It has a very narrow outer edge. So use this on rather thin edges.

I really like this edge guard. It was extremely easy to work with and looks great. Of course my vehicle is white so it blends in well. Heavy duty protection.

12/4/24 Update: Having this product for 7 months, I have to DEGRADE the rating by ONE STAR (4 instead of 5). The reason: ** RUST **! that's right, the supposed "stainless steel" (i.e., rust-resistant) clips on the EXPOSED ENDS of the trim pieces have RUSTED AND STAINED. Thankfully, the "staining" is confined to where there is exposed metal. With this knowledge, if I replace the trim I'll apply a "sealant" (i.e., weatherproof paint, silicone caulk) to the "cut" ends to, hopefully, protect the exposed metal "clip edge" from corrosion. Regardless, this product is a MUST for car owners to protect door edges from damage, as long as one is aware of the above product "shortcoming".All car door edges need protecting from paint "damage" when being opened (i.e., "banging" against "walls" and neighboring cars). This product seems to fit the bill nicely. It installs very easily and the channel "fingers" and the integrated metal clips assist in keeping the protector "locked" to the edge after installation. The rubber coating is VERY "supple", helping the protector "mold" itself around any curves and "bends" in the door itself. As the photos show, the "white" color matches very well with the car's paint. Finally, a sharp knife applied between "clips" cuts the protector to desired installation lengths.Installation tips: 1) THOROUGHLY CLEAN the door edge and 1/2" of the INNER AND OUTER edges with Isopropyl alcohol (I use used the 90% stuff), 2) THOROUGHLY DRY the cleaned area with a piece of clean, dry paper towel, 3) at this time, CLEAN ANY "RUST SPOTS"/CHIPPED PAINT AREAS on the edges and paint over said areas with "rust-proofing" paint/primer (let the paint/primer dry!), 4) apply the protector to the door edge, starting at the "top", 5) use a "soft-head" (plastic, rubber, leather) mallet to "seat" the protector to the door edge while applying and WORK SLOWLY, applying the protector a couple inches at a time, 6) trim the protector to length at the door "bottom", using a sharp knife to cut the rubber BETWEEN "clips", 7) use the mallet to finalize the "seating" of the protector, move to the next door edge, and repeat the steps starting with step 1.The "rubber" material seems very durable and it is pretty "soft", so it' won't "mar" the paint of neighboring car doors and the protectors seem to be pretty "tight" on the edges. Time will tell how durable the "rubber" is and if they "lose their grip" (i.e., fall off) on the edges.I ordered the 12 (twelve) foot length (Just To "Be Sure" it was enough ;) ) and it handled all 4 doors with a few feet remaining (I MIGHT apply it to the lower edge of my car's rear hatch). NOTE: because the description EXPLICITLY indicated the integral clips are made from STAINLESS STEEL, I didn't apply any kind of "sealant" at the cut ends. Time will tell if the exposed clip ends will rust or not.Unless this stuff "goes bad", I recommend this product.
