this is very similar in size of oem door seal on my 98 taco, fits great and keeps the water out. I am very pleased well worth it and it fits very snug and doesn't fall down. I'm amazed at how well it is made, saved the day and I recommend this to everyone .

The product itself is great quality ( does smell strongly of rubber when opened ) . The diameter size is a little small for my OBS 1993 ford F-150. There is a gap of about 7 inches where I can see light and hear it whistle. But it installs easy and I’ll likely just cut off the part that attaches to frame and glue the circle part to plug the gap. For my truck I needed 13 ft for each door.

I was looking for some generic weather stripping to replace the strip that was originally installed when my toolbox and tonneau cover were added to my F150. After a year or so, every time I went through a carwash, half my weather strip would end up dangling into the soaking wet bed box. I tried reinstalling it with weather strip adhesive, but it didn't last long. While I was browsing Amazon for a roll of stripping, I ran across this Car Door Rubber Seal Strip. It has a special groove down the side to press onto the flat steel seam surrounding a car door. My truck's tonneau cover edge has the same kind of flat steal seam, so I gave it a shot.It worked like a champ--fit like a glove. The groove pressed tightly down over the steel seam, and the rubber bubble was a tight, watertight fit. I was going to peel it back off to add some adhesive, but it was so tight, I couldn't even get the first inch loose. Now, my bed stays dry as a bone when I go through a carwash or drive through torrential downpours. I figure if it works that well for an unintended usage, it will probably work just as well or better for the intended use: car doors.Very solid, good quality rubber product. I would definitely recommend it.Hope this is helpful!

Tried on 2 vehicles, a 2015 Kia Forte and a 2007 Chevy Tahoe. Goes on well with the internal clips that really clamp onto the door edge. The problem is it’s just too bulky to allow the door to close properly unless you really slam it, which then puts a lot of strain on the latch to where it pops loudly when you open the door. Good concept just didn’t work well for me.

Been using it on my old Highlander and haven't had any rain or dust enter the vehicle. Just ensure to rubber glue the connecting ends.
