How to install it?
Wrap it around your exhaust pipe, using overlap to hold it in place , and simply use stainless steel zip ties to secure the ends in place.
NOTE: Before installing, Wear a mask, glasses, and gloves to avoid itching.

Only thing I would change is just used normal locking clamps. The steel ties or kinda flimsy. Other than that, seems to do its jobs. Comes with instructions for easy install and no heat to my leg at all! Had enough left over too

Wrapped this around a pipe where the resonator was on my car. It significantly lowered resonance of the exhaust and quiet down the cabin. I did soak the wrap for 24 hours in water to make handling it easier. We'll see how long it lasts but so far its doing a good job. It also doesn't look too bad. For the record the 16.5 foot roll fit with none left over. The pipe is 18 inches long so be aware of how much you'll need.

The kit came with enough stainless zip ties to do the job, but the overall quality of the heat wrap is terrible. I put this on a tri-Y header for an NB Miata and it's already turning white after a week. The product set up and works as advertised for blocking heat, but they cheaped out on the coloring. I've bought other brands and colors of wrap before and never had this happen.Buy a different brand if you care about color or are installing this on a bike/atv, if not it still does its primary job of blocking heat.
