This little guy works GREAT! It charges quickly and holds a charge for quite awhile. It is lightweight and easy to use (watch your fingers). Most importantly, it does a beautiful job trimming and cleaning up hedges and bushes. So happy with this purchase!

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the lightweight, long battery life, and great trimming ability of this cutting tool. I charged the battery (mini charger comes with the tool) while I was mowing the lawn. Battery was fully charged in a short period of time. Blades slid easily through relative sized branches, leaving a nice, smooth cut. You'll be tempted to use one hand, as it is so lightweight, but use two so the other fingers don't get in the way. It doesn't come with a plastic cover for the blade end, like some do, but that's not a performance issue. Being cordless, it almost makes trimming bushes fun...almost! Overall, nice little tool.

Bought this to replace my corded 22 inch. Really like the smaller size and compactness. Very effective cutting and easy to maneuver. Battery life seems good for my needs which aren''t extensive. A bit slower and less powerful than my previous trimmer but the tradeoff in maneuverability and ease of use are well worth it.

I’ve always trim my hedges and shrubs by hand. So I was reluctant to get a hedge trimmer. However, this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m a huge Black & Decker fan and they have never let me down with regard to quality and function. This battery operated hedge trimmer works beautifully and even on thicker branches. Thicker than a quarter inch. Very easy to use for women especially because it is lightweight. So very happy with this purchase and look forward to using it more often. Makes yardwork and plant maintenance so much easier.

This tool is very lightweight and easy to use. I use it to cut down all of my hosta plants and I can still trim a small bush. The only downside is that it is not as strong as an electric one.

I already have the little sweeper and the weedwacker and now got this trimmer. I like it, it's light, not too much vibration and having no corde to worry about or have it cut is no longueur a problem....it actually makes my work faster as well as having a long blade. Came with a good fast ans very small charger. Unless you are using a hedge trimmer to cut trees...this hedge trimmer will do a great job at hedge and flower bushe trim

Received the Black & Decker trimmer today - battery and charger were included in the listing but were NOT included when the trimmer arrived! Extremely disappointing! Not sure if I should return it or ask to have the battery and charger sent separately. HELP!!!
