Ordered this as a gift for my husband. He’s really not a cook but he’s had fun with this! You can cook anything on it! Think Waffle House, it’s the same thing! Food cooked on this just tastes better! Haven’t you ever wondered why your hamburger never tastes like the ones you buy out, it’s the grill!

The accessory kit shown in the picture was not included with the griddle. I had to contact Amazon to let them know of the missing items. I just received the box of 22 accessories today. The griddle is made well and goes together fairly easily. Do read the instructions before you begin putting it together. We just got it together, so haven't used it yet. The seller did respond quickly and the issue of the missing items was sent. I gave the seller a 4 star because of the extra time and effort to get the box of accessories.

This is my first griddle and I could not be happier! The assembly was a breeze and getting the griddle seasoned didn’t take long at all. We have cooked several meals on it and everything has been amazing. The overall quality of the griddle is great. The packaging was great; we weren’t missing any parts, nor was anything damaged. If you’re looking to get a griddle, you cannot go wrong with a Blackstone.

I got the package, it looked great at first, until I started putting it together. Found out it was missing 3 out of 4 rivets and the middle section was bent up.
