The rod is just as I expected. It came in a handy plastic tube which I didn't expect, but which is perfect to keep them separated from other rods.

This product was received opened on one end and several of the pieces were bent and damaged. We would have sent it back but need it to complete a job. Very unsatisfactory shipping. Not sure we will reorder!!
