Works fine, especially for the price. Definitely doesn't get super hot, but is more than efficient enough for my single lizard. He loves it and sleeps on it constantly

These small heat pads are good for 20 -40gallon enclosures. They do not emit an exaggerated amount of heat so I like that about them as the heat can’t be adjusted. So har they have not overheated to the point my reptile will suffer any burns.

I bought this for my gecko for the winter totally worth it for the price being cheaper than most. It’s easy to apply to the glass and hasn’t broken after 3 months of use. It functions as intended to. I have it hooked to a thermostat so it turns on and off so accuracy isn’t an issue. I recommend this product for anyone who needs to keep their reptiles warm during the winter.4/5 because the glue isn’t the best, mainly because it can’t get the edges which may bug some people I’m just glad isn’t falling off the glass with the weight of the cord.

I thought I was buying a heating pad, basically what you're buying is a controller that comes with a free heating pad. I can't believe the price of this, I would expect at least $50. Especially considering that it is for pet use.It is a temperature controller, displays current temp inside tank, and has a separate permanently wired temp sensor that sticks to the inside of the tank with a suction cup. The suction cup works very well, even after repeated removals. The heating pad plugs in separately to a 110v plug on the controller. You can use any 110v device, I would only recommend using a heater or heat lamp though lol. I suppose you could wire it into a stereo, and when the temperature gets above your set point it starts playing Jimi Hendrix. The problem with that, is you then have to figure out whether or not your reptile is more of a country fan, or a rock fan..The heating pad is completely covered with adhesive on one side for sticking to OUTSIDE of the tank.It's a lot larger than I expected, although I didn't look too see what size I was buying - I just expected smaller.The instructions say multiple times to place on the outside of the tank, so be aware of that. Also, it is absolutely not supposed to be placed on wood or anything other than glass, according to the instructions, so be aware of that.After reading the instructions, and being aware of that, I decided to just set it under the tank, on top of wood. It wasn't even real wood. It was crap particle board. Maybe the glue in the particle board increased its thermal properties, but I doubt it. I think it's more probable that the heating pad doesn't get hot enough to catch wood on fire.I didn't stick it to the tank because we are replacing the tank in a month. I then decided to move the tank and stick it to the side of the tank temporarily, so I removed a half inch or so (ended up being about an inch) of the adhesive backing all the way around the edge of the heating pad and stuck it to the glass so that I can remove it, and the rest of the adhesive is unused for the new tank.If this is not an absolute permanent fixture on your tank, I would advise sticking it to the tank using only a little bit of the adhesive (by removing small sections of at the adhesive backing to expose only small areas of adhesive). You will never get this off the tank in reusable condition if you use the entire adhesive sheet. I probably exposed too much adhesive. It's going to be a pain when I go to remove it.

This is exactly what I needed for my Pac-Man frog. It’s great for the price, has already lasted me a while. Super easy to use it even came with a sticky pad. Now I have a happy comfortable frog!

When it came in the box, it came up rolled and a sticky back to adhere to the tank. It was my mistake getting a watt that wasn’t strong enough but I wasn’t impressed because it wouldn’t lay flat. The heat level was not strong enough and it didn’t come with a gauge so I could see how hot it was getting.

This is a great little under tank heater for those on a budget like myself! It works just as well as some of the more expensive brands and honestly has outlasted them so far!

This sticky pad provides good heat for the one side of the tank/terrarium for my baby crested gecko to have a warm area to hang out in and a cooler side. That said, I didn't like the idea of having it on one of the glass sides so I stuck it to the bottom and it doesn't really stay stuck to it all the time. Ever few days I notice that it's back on the table surface. The tank is low to the table so it still works okay, but probably doesn't provide as much consistent warmth as a result of it detaching. This one doesn't have a heat gauge so only use it with a digital thermometer so you can take care not to let things get too hot.

Llegó muy rápido, ya antes habÃa comprado el mismo producto y funcionan bien. Este nuevo aún no lo pruebo pero el paquete llegó dañado, espero esto no afecte el funcionamiento del producto.

This is the good size heat pad when just a little bit of warmth is needed in the cooler month for my indoor space. It definitely puts off a good amount of heat! nice and warm.

Lo ocupo para gecko leopardo. Simplemente ajustas la temperatura que necesitas en grados C o F. Y te olvidas de tener que estar monitreando la temperatura. Altamente recomendado
