This headstand bench is great! It’s very sturdy. It came with all its parts. It took my husband about 10 minutes to put it together but there was no frustration involved. Everything lined up and fit well. The bench is fun to use. I’m a 64 year old woman who does not exercise regularly. The first day, I had a spotter who helped me bring my feet up the first three times I tried it. After that, I could do it by myself by pushing off of a yoga block. The morning of the second day, I could push off the floor and bring myself all the way up on my own. I enjoying using it. I haven’t been dizzy and even less stiff than I would have expected. I really love the bench and am very happy that its cost was less than 50% off the name-brand. Very pleased!

Sturdy, easy to assemble, came fast.Using everyday and by 3rd day my handstand pike negative were a breeze. Get it NOW pole dancers!Those are so hard to train using slow control especially in a slow negative back down, arms give out before I've hit the area enough. With this, not anymore. I can not beleive how fast my balance and control improved with short conditioning work. So much I can do with it!So happy with the quality and wish I'd splurged sooner.

Within one try I was able to go upside down after never being able to do head stands or hand stands. Yay! However, if you’re fair skinned you should be careful because going upside down caused these little blood vessels to pop up all over my forehead and temples. Looked it up and it’s called Petechiae. Hopefully they’ll go away soon. Great product though!

I bought this at the request of my girlfriend. She uses it but adds that it's a bit firm for her liking. She had another one elsewhere that she prefers but will use this one when visiting. The item is well built and should last a long time. I tried it and it didn't seem too firm, but she did.

I wasnt sure if it was worth spending the money to add clutter to my home, but Im short and the furniture I tried to use to support some poses wasnt cutting it. I ordered this and am glad I did. The assembly was a little annoying as one hole didnt line up perfectly in the pad and wood, but finally got it and Its sturdy enough. Ive used it for more than I thought I would and its a good height for me. Im 5'2" . Im not advanced enough to do head stands on it yet , but its helping my beginner level strecthes and its comfortable and doesnt look bad in my home. I would recommend getting the brown cushion if its in stock..the white shows dirt. I have kids and pets that also.want to sit on it and climb on it and now has scuff marks from shoes. Overall, glad I spent the money. Its also a handy size to sit on while I put my shoes on.

I have never tried anything like this before and wanted to challenge myself to see if I could do it. I was so surprised at how easy it was to get right off the bat! The balance is a bit shaky at first then you gain more and more confidence the more times you try it. I'm excited to keep using this and get smoother in my transitions and keeping form longer. Highly recommend even if I'm brand new to anything like this!

There is a problem with the last hole to fit the last screw in. The hole isn’t deep enough so the little bolt won’t fit into its correct spot for the screw to screw into. As it’s a headstand chair I don’t want to take any chances. I ordered this is April, I didn’t get around to building it till end of May. The return date is now over and I can’t get in touch with the company. Can anyone help, thanks
