We bought this as a gift for one of my son's friends. It was easily the best gift at what was a rather large 3rd grade birthday party. Total win. We heard months later that the drums were holding up well and therefore worth every cent. So if you're on the fence, hop on over. It's well made and beautiful. We are thrilled with our purchase.

Absolutely fantastic set of bongo drums! Shipping was quick and they are very well made. A lot of weight behind them too. They shipped with a tool in a little case to help tune them. They sound great and I'm pretty stoked with how nice they are considering the price. Full, rich sound. Nice and compact with a great rhythm prance. Love!

I love banging on my bongos; I just put my headset pull some music up on Amazon Music and start banging, banging bang like I'm doing something great...but it works for me! lol. Great for beginners, like me. My dream was for a set of congos; use to love hearing them being played in the school park in the south Bronx when I was a kid. Sound so beautiful.

The skin of the smaller bongo looks rough and worn. I’m returning them and asking for a replacement, hoping that the next set looks new. Disappointing.
