I really like this to hang my bath mat on. My bath mat is small and made of faux coir material so it is light enough to hang on the bar. Works for me!

Redid my bathroom with a glass shower wall. This towel holder is on the outside of the wall, looking perfect, and holding towels perfectly! I love it! It is easy to install and looks like any other nice towel holder! Completely recommend.

Needed a towel bar that would affix on a glass shower wall, this is perfect! The suction cups are strong and stay put, even with a heavy wet towel. It also comes with adhesive pads that can be affixed to different walls, haven't used those but will keep them handy for future use. These were perfect for our needs, and look great in my bathroom.

The suction mechanism works very well. The extension does, too. My only complaint is that the dimensions are not correct. The actual usable rod for your towel is only 24". It measures 24 1/2" between the stands but there is a smaller metal disk between the rod and the base that interferes with an ordinary towel. That last 1/2" would be usable with a light rag but not terrycloth.

There are a number of reviews stating that this does not work on drywall or surfaces other than bathroom tile/marble. Those reviews are somewhat correct, but not entirely... The uneven surface of drywall or something similar does prevent a good vacuum seal from being maintained. HOWEVER, the product does come with two 3M adhesive-backed, round discs that can be used to mount the towel bar to rougher surfaces like drywall. One side of the discs is the 3M adhesive, and the other side is a material (possibly silicone?) similar to the suction cups on the actual towel bar. I found it easiest to first remove the very thin, barely noticeable plastic film from both discs on the white silicone side. (Keep the 3M adhesive side covered for now.) Then, place those discs on a table with the exposed silicone surface facing up, and line up the towel bar's suction cups and engage them onto the discs while pressing down. Once the discs are now stuck to the towel bar, then remove the film on the 3M adhesive side of the discs. Finally, press the entire towel bar and discs assembly onto your drywall or surface. In my opinion, this was the easiest way to make sure the discs are aligned well with the towel bar.Apart from that, this towel bar appears elegant and well-made. It seems sturdy and I expect it to last a long time. I would highly recommend for those looking for a solution that does not require drilling holes into their wall. The 3M adhesive-backed discs may or may not affect the drywall over time, and getting them off will probably be a challenge, but I think this at least beats drilling holes into the wall.

So disappointed - after reading the great reviews I bought two. Neither stayed up on perfectly smooth and clean ceramic tile for even an hour - and they definitely couldn't hold a single dry towel. Returning after one day. Ugh. :(

Fitted in my bathroom by the shower. Very easy to install and has brilliant adhesion, far superior to the one it replaced. It has a high chrome finish and looks very good. I am very impressed with it.

super Teil, einfach an die glatte Fläche andrücken - HÄLT !! - zum Ablösen gibt es einen kleinen Zipfel zum ziehen, funtioniert einwandfrei, mehrfach, dauerhaft, hab das Teil auf meinem Boot montiert, trotz Bewegungen, Hitze , Feuchtigkeit - es HÄLT !
